Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Each product page lists an estimated delivery window based on processing and carrier time. While estimates can range up to a few weeks for some items, most of our orders arrive within 5–10 business days. We ship from US-based warehouses, so once your order leaves the facility it typically moves quickly.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at info@varnishandvibe.com. If your order hasn't left the warehouse yet, we can cancel it at no cost to you. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but you may request a return after delivery.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at info@varnishandvibe.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. You can read our full policy here.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. This policy reflects our commitment to reducing unnecessary transport and our carbon footprint.

What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@varnishandvibe.com with photos. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Where do your products come from?

We carefully curate every piece from trusted US-based suppliers, selecting only items that meet our standards for design, quality, and craftsmanship. Each collection is built around a specific aesthetic and emotional vibe rather than just filling a catalog.

Are dimensions accurate?

Yes — all dimensions are listed on each product page. We recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering, particularly for furniture pieces.

Do products require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by product and are noted in the product description where applicable.

Is it safe to buy from your store?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify with fully encrypted checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
