We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.
We pride ourselves on prompt service, but occasionally, payment processing delays - beyond our control - may affect our estimated shipping dates. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Remember, you have the flexibility to cancel your order anytime before it ships, should any new timeline not meet your needs.
We have multiple Distribution Centers throughout the United States.
Processing lead time is listed for each item on our site. We strive to keep this as current as possible, although we cannot guarantee it, and we aim to deliver as swiftly as possible. From the moment your order has been shipped, it can take 2-7 business days for Parcel orders to arrive to you, and can take up to approximately 21 days for LTL orders to be delivered. We are committed to dispatching your products promptly and providing you with the tracking details. However, please be aware that once the items leave our facility, the delivery process is largely in the hands of the carriers.
Parcel orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS are usually delivered without a signature.
LTL/White Glove Delivery (usually for larger items) do require a designated date and signature for delivery. Several days before the expected delivery, the carrier will call you to schedule an appointment. Please setup a day and time that works best for you.
When we ship out an order, we will indicate the carrier name along with the shipment confirmation via email.
We make every effort to ensure our website reflects our current inventory. However, there may be rare instances where an item appears available online but is actually out of stock. Should this occur, we will promptly reach out to you with the choice of a refund or provide an estimated time of arrival for restocking, should that information be available.
